Henry Morton Stanley was sent to Africa to find the supposedly lost Dr David Livingstone. Upon meeting Livingstone, Stanley tried to hide his enthusiasm and uttered his famous greeting: “Doctor Livingstone, I presume!” He travelled from Zanzibar all the way up to the mouth of the Nile. His experiences filled many books and articles that made him a legend. Henry Stanley was considered one of the most effective and greatest European explorers of his day. The sophisticated colonial décor will satisfy you from every corner of this suite.
